NOTE: Recording of the "Demon Detour" live radio promo, broadcast on 46 different American radio stations throughout June 2005. Recording sessions actually took place across May 22-23. First performance with the Phase 2 band lineup. "All Alone" and "Clint Eastwood" from these sessions were later released as b-sides on the "Dirty Harry" and "DARE" singles, respectively. Portions of these sessions appear in the 2008 documentary "Bananaz". Unknown order.
