NOTE: "I Would for You" was performed by Perry and Dave with the house lights up, when the audience still refused to leave six minutes after the show had officially ended. Before playing it, Perry announced, "The show is over, but that does not mean that we can't continue to play some beautiful music." The following evening, the song was incorporated into the official set and MTV broadcast.
