NOTE: Last show with keyboardist Jonathan Melvoin prior to his death of a drug overdose 2 days later; and also consequently Jimmy Chamberlin's last show before being kicked out of the band. Chamberlin would not perform with the band again until April 10th, 1999; "Silverfuck" included teases of "X.Y.U.", "Space Jam", "Eye", "The End" by The Doors, "Dose" by Filter, "The Star-Spangled Banner", "Jellybelly" (Old version), "You Are My Sunshine" by Johnny Cash and "Hava Nagila".
