NOTE: Set ended early after Mike was hit by an object thrown from the crowd. Mike first jumped off the front of the stage to fight the fan, then got back on stage, finished the song, and then smashed his bass and walked off. The band followed him offstage and the show ended abruptly. Also, the venue was changed from America West Arena a few days before the show.
