NOTE: I distinctly remember Ace of Spades was the first song that was played. Lemmy walked on stage smoking a fag, as he stepped on the fag the band struck up. The band were Lemmy, Phil Campbell, Wursel and Phil Taylor. It was ridiculously loud.
