NOTE: Videotaped for a home video release (and HBO broadcast) titled "Billy Joel Live from Long Island". The following songs were cut from the final concert video: "Don't Ask Me Why", "She's Always A Woman", "Goodnight Saigon", "Stiletto", and "Until the Night" The "Goodnight Saigon" outtake was later turned into a music video and aired on MTV, VH1, etc. The "Until the Night" outtake was uploaded for the first time by Columbia Records on YouTube in 2013.
