NOTE: Bruce performed solo in front of an audience of Mike Appel, Jim Cretecos and Bob Spitz, the latter all employed by Wes Farrell at his music publishing firm. After the audition, Appel and Cretecos signed Springsteen to a management contract, quit their jobs in March, and would get him an audition with Columbia Records in early May 1972.
